The upper apartment covers approximately 70 m2 of living space and a 15 m2 terrace and can accommodate up to 5 persons. It has one single and one double bedroom, a living room with an extra bed for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom with a laundry.

The space with the extra beds can be partitioned off with sliding doors, so that the living room can be transformed into an intimate bedroom in a few seconds.

The apartment also includes additional amenities, the kitchen has a refrigerator with a small freezer and an electric oven with two electric plates and two gas burners. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which can be very useful for families with small children.

For a more comfortable atmosphere on hot days, you will definitely need air conditioning. If you prefer to enjoy the light evening breeze, you can take advantage of the terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs and is covered with an awning.
